As Controller, Finance, Sandeep has responsibility for the financial reporting activities of Cardinal, meeting audit standards and serves as a liaison to stakeholders.

Prior to joining Cardinal, Sandeep began his career in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of KPMG LLP where he provided assurance services to various investment management firms. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
