Craig has been an independent Director on Cardinal’s board since 2009. Craig is also the Chair of Cardinal’s Finance Committee. Craig’s business career includes 2 significant tenures as President. Firstly as President of Buhler Industries Inc., a north American based farm equipment manufacturer, and currently as President of Reimer World Corp., the parent company of a collection of transportation businesses servicing Canada and the United States.

Craig is a registered Professional Engineer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba. His senior leadership roles within the areas of business, merger and acquisitions, finance, legal and governance, allow Craig to bring a well-balanced blend of business perspectives to the Board.
