As a fiduciary to our clients, we have a duty to hold in strict confidence all information concerning the personal and business affairs of our clients which we may acquire in the course of our professional relationship. As a result, any personal information which is provided to Cardinal in the course of our professional relationship with clients shall be held in strict confidence.

We do not sell, trade, barter or exchange any information obtained. Where we are required to disclose information by law or by our regulators, no more information that is necessary will be disclosed.

We require that all employees abide by our firm's Privacy Policy, which may be reviewed by requesting a copy of the same from our Privacy Officer.

Website Privacy

When visiting our website the only information which is collected by us is that which is voluntarily supplied by the visitor. However, our web server does track general information about visitors such as their domain name and time of visit. This information is collected and used to diagnose any problems with our server, to administer our website and to gather demographic information to permit us to evaluate and improve our website.
